Face To Face Counselling
With Coronavirus restrictions being lifted, I am now able to offer safe face to face counselling.

My fees are £45 for a 50 minute session
Zoom and Phone Sessions
I offer a free 20-minute introductory consultation by phone or zoom, so we can discuss and decide if I’m the right counsellor for you.

Working together
Most clients benefit from weekly sessions; however, we can discuss what works best for you.

I have a 48 hour cancellation notice policy.
Keeping Safe with Coronavirus
With the current social restrictions being gradually lifted, I am once again able to offer face to face as well as online counselling; this will be reviewed in line with the current safety regulations regarding the ongoing and changing situation with Coronavirus. Safety measures are in place for those wishing to have face to face counselling.
